We offer our customers the very latest in embroidery techniques, threads and appliques to make your logo and message stand out. We provide a turnkey solutions to quickly and successfully fulfill your decorated order. All services are provided under the direction and supervision of a professional and experienced team. Contract Embroidery

Embroidery is carried out from a state-of-the-art production facility operating Barudan machines totaling over 300 computerized embroidery heads. There are hundreds of thread colors to choose from and a variety of specialty threads. Our embroidery and digitizing capabilities allows us to offer the latest in embroidery techniques including Puff Embroidery, Twill and Felt Appliqué and 270-degree cap embroidery, which allows a hat to be embroidered with front and side logos in one operation.

Custom Digitizing

Skilled digitizers utilize the latest software programs, which when combined with years of experience ensures embroidery of the highest quality. All data is input and edited manually, not through an auto-punch software program and not overseas.

Contract Appliqué

Contract appliqué offers a high-end retail look customized specifically for you. Appliqué can be custom cut to virtually any font or shape to duplicate a corporate logo and is also available in stock fonts and styles to mimic collegiate and athletic styles. Appliqué also adds dimension and texture and can cover a lot of area at a reduced stitch count.

Finishing, Packaging & Shipping

All garments are hand trimmed and inspected before being shipped. If you require custom packaging, bagging and folding we will see to it. We also offer blind shipping directly to your customer completely transparent, with your name and address as the return address on the shipping label.

Design - Name or description of design.
Artwork - We can accept "Approved Artwork" in JPEG, EPS, Illustrator 10, Corel 8 and Photoshop 7 formats.
"Approved Artwork" is defined as:
1. Artwork to size that can be scanned and digitized.
2. An agreed upon size of the final embroidery
3. The fabric, weave/knit, type and color of garments/products, as well as the embroidery location of each item.
4. The PMS and/or Robison Anton thread colors.
Product - Provide brands, colors, sizes, quantity, style, gender, fabric and weave/knit for each item.
Location - Specify the location(s) for logo(s) to be placed.
Colors - Indicate the color for each area of design by designating a PMS number or a Robison-Anton thread name and number. the thread brand used is Robison-Anton; thread color is not a perfect match to PMS colors.
Date - Date you need to receive product by.
Customer Disks - We cannot be responsible for the quality of a design that was digitized by a third party. When you send a digitized file it is assumed that you have seen the design and approve of the quality. Keep in mind that different machines will embroider differently.
Changes - All changes must be in writing; no verbal changes will be accepted
